Not getting response in desired language

I am using Google Ads api and i am using planning keywords services

I am setting the language id to Thai which is 1044 and I am also setting the location to Thailand. But the response contains keywords in english. Is there anyway i can generate the response in Thai language
This is my request that i am sending to the api

I understand your issue. To investigate this issue further, could you please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
