Violation of Inappropriate Ads policy ?

Issue: Violation of Inappropriate Ads policy

The ads shown within your app must be appropriate for the intended audience of your app, even if the content by itself is otherwise compliant with our policies. For example, ads that show mature content or services cannot be served in apps that have a content rating for younger audiences. i had created an application on adobe Air and i impliment admobe services ads us  other application but it is rejected by google play ?  so how can i definit in my code app the audience  ?

It appears that your concern is specific to AdMob and unfortunately, my team can only provide support to any AdWords API and Google Ads API related concerns/issues. With this, I suggest that you may post your question to Google AdMob Help Community to reach out the respective team as they are more equipped to provide support.
