Google API AddAdGroups error

I am getting a "PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Google\AdsApi\AdWords\v201609\cm\ApiException: [RangeError.TOO_LOW @ operations[0].operand.campaignId.id, RangeError.TOO_LOW @ operations[1].operand.campaignId.id] in /home/danielhai/test/vendor/googleads/googleads-php-lib/src/Google/AdsApi/Common/Util/Reflection.php:39" 

while trying to run AddAdGroups.php

I changed the Campaign ID accordingly to reflect where the AdGroup should be added but this error is persistent.

Hi Dan,

The RangeError.TOO_LOW could sometimes be caused by missing Id specification. For us to further investigate on your issue, could you reply privately and provide us your sample SOAP request logs where the error is reproducible?
