How to determine what is causing RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED?

How can I see what's causing my API limits to be reached? I get the error when trying to enable or pause a campaign, but I only do that once/day. So something else is hitting my API hard - probably a thirrd party service that monitors my ads.

I need to see a report of my API calls so I can confirm what's using up my quota.

Where is there such a report?

Same issue on our side! It just started this night. No changes were done from our side nor the amount of requests sent from us.

RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED
Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota).
Too many requests. Retry in 900 seconds.

I am also facing the same issue all of a sudden, (last 12-16 hours roughly). Despite having standard access and no increase in request volume. Is this a temporary issue or should I be changing something?

Im on using the official python client V11 and my retry time is also 900 seconds. Identical to other users details.

To better check this issue in our end, could you please provide the complete API logs request and response logs with request ID and request header that generated on your end so that we can take a closer look? I understand that you are seeing API requests taking a long time to pull  through the official Python client V11. For us to investigate further, could you provide the complete logs in the format of the request and response logs along with the request-id, as seen in their respective links where the pulling reports taking longer time is showing up? 

For you to enable complete logs on your end for the client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (select Python) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link

Hello,

There was an API wide issue where folks were seeing network unavailable and deadline exceeded errors. We were able to make some changes. It looks like the requests are returning to normal. We'll continue to monitor the situation. I'm not sure that the resource exhausted is the same issue, so please take a look at your logs to see if this is resolved. Please reach out on this thread if you continue to see this issue.
