Cannot get the basic API access approval

Hello,

I have been waiting for the basic API access approval for more than two weeks. I have applied for the basic API access twice. 

According to the recommended answer here (https://support.google.com/google-ads/thread/212986157?hl=en) I also submitted this form twice:

 > Use this form to request the API   access:- https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api

But I have never received a response. We tried to connect by phone, but it was said that "there is no phone support for this account at this time" and got disconnected.

I'm wondering if there are any other ways to get the response from the Google Ads API team, and how I can increase the approval process.

Any help is appreciated.
