Google Grants customer cannot create campaigns of advertising channel type: UBERVERSAL

I am not sure why I get this as i cannot find a way to edit whatever it is that i need to, and i dont want to start over with my campaign. I am doing a smart campaign to draw sales to an educational workshop for hospice providers.

As stated the error I get when creating a campaign is: “Google Grants customer cannot create campaigns of advertising channel type: UBERVERSAL”.. We are a non-profit who has a google grant. What does this error mean and how can I fix it, if I encounter it again.
