How to get asset report with click, cost ... metric

Hi 

Im using ad_group_ad_asset_view to get the asset report. 

In document it has click, cost... metric but the response of api only return impressions metric. Same with Ads manager screen it is only show the impressions column.

But in bigquery, when I connect ads account as resource, it can show other metrics like clicks, cost, cpc ... 

How can I get the same data with the API ?

Thank you for posting your concern.

Could you confirm if you are encountering the issue with the Responsive search ad? If yes, then I am afraid that only metrics.impressions will be returned for rows that correspond to an RSA even though several metrics in the search query are included.

Yes, I'm encountering the issue with the Responsive search ad. 

Please check the attached image, I connected my google ads account to Data Studio (not Bigquery, my bad ) and it show the assets of Responsive search ad with cost metric. Data studio can show the data so it must have data somewhere on Google Ads data.

Thank you for providing more details to your concern.

I am afraid that this is not possible as previously mentioned. The guidance about only metrics.impressions will be returned in the ad_group_ad_asset_view for RSA ad type is being shared by the team. However, this guidance will be reflected in our document eventually.
