Namaste Subbuji,That is certainly new information - I hadn't encountered the view that the famous quote अध्यारोपापवादाभ्यां निष्प्रपञ्चं प्रपञ्च्यते was from the uttaragItA. Do you happen to have a reference to a verse number?
