2025 NEW CLIENT TAX FILING INFO

NOTE: Please DELETE any and all PREVIOUS editions of the Customer Portal. Documents UPLOADED in the 2024 portal won't show in the 2025 Portal. 

Greetings Returning Client,

Remember the Following for your Tax Preparation session:

1. Please eMail, Call or Text your SSN to import your 2024 Tax Information. Our Software company has a New System for 2025.
2. You will then receive the LINK for this year's Portal.
3. OPEN Previous Year's portal to RETRIEVE any Documents that may have been uploaded. We currently don't have access to those files.
4. Then DELETE any and all PREVIOUS Version of the Taxes to Go/Tax Status Now App/software.
5. Click the new 2025 link.
6. UPLOAD All of your Documents from the Checklist into the Customer Portal and CONTINUE until you see the FINISH button. Use the attached Tax Checklist to ensure ALL documents have been uploaded. Previous documents do not port over. ALL Documents must be RE-UPLOADED into this year's portal.
7. Call, Text or eMail that your Documents have been Uploaded
8. Make your SESSION appointment 24 to 48 hours in Advance to input your documents. Anything that is desired before a 24hr time period will be an additional $100
9. WAIT for your SESSION CONFIRMATION Calendar eMail to confirm your Session Appointment time.
10. Please come to our virtual office 5 to 15 mins prior to your session. Any time that is 16 minutes after will result in a RESCHEDULE. You may join here:  @ https://msrgtg.beekonnected.com/meeting | Select Virtual Meetings | Select Host Login and then CONTINUE as GUEST!
