clarification regarding the variable labeled “endocrine/metabolic disorders"

Dear ADNI Support Team,

I am currently working with the ADNI database and would like to request clarification regarding the variable labeled “endocrine/metabolic disorders.”
Could you please specify which conditions are included under this category? In particular, I would like to understand whether it refers exclusively to diabetes mellitus or if it also encompasses other conditions such as dyslipidemia, thyroid disorders, or additional metabolic/endocrine diseases.

Are you asking about the table "MEDHIST" , the variable "MH9ENDO"  (9. Endcrine-Metabolic: 1:Yes,0:No)? 

If so, you should also use the table "RECMHIST".   

If the subject had MH9ENDO = 1 (Yes) in the "MEDHIST", "RECMHIST" table should have the variable 
"MHNUM"=9 and "MHDESC" has text of description of condition/problem.   (i.e. hypothyroidism, DM).
