1) Need to generate Employement to tribal youth (Action Items : Priority employee to Tribals in all positions) (Priority 1)

आदिवासी समाज आज अगदी नाजूक परीस्तीतीतून जातो आहे. प्रगतीच्या आणि अधुनिकतेच्या नावाने आपली सांस्कृतिक ओळख, सामाजिक अस्मिता, जंगल जमीन हरवून बसतोय. भविष्यात आदिवासी समाजहिता साठी समाजातूनच नेतृत्व आणि विविध पातळीवर सामाजिक प्रयत्न करून आपण सामाजिक कार्याला हातभार लावू शकतो. आदिवासी समाजात सहकार, उद्योजगता सशक्त करून आपली सामाजिक चळवळ मजबूत करण्या करिता आपण प्रयत्न करीत आहोत. त्या करिता "राज्यस्थरिय आदिवासी बहु उदेशिय सहकारी संस्था" नोंदणी करीत आहोत. आपल्या पैकी या नियोजित सहकारी संस्थेत सभासद म्हणून नोंदणी करू इच्छित असल्यास, सोबत दिलेल्या लिंक वर आपला अर्ज लवकरात लवकर दाखल करावा. For inclusion in or exclusion from the list of scheduled tribe
the modalities have been stipulated by the parliament and later  accepted by the Govt. The recommendation for inclusion  of the NCST and the Registrar General of India are  only considered  by  Ministry of Tribal Affairs .The NCST has the power to reject the recommondation of  state Govt.
Let this authority  decide the issue  with the help of  anthropologist and ethnologist  after  considering the objections  from tribal  associations .
The political parties  are agitating the issue    only for  gaining the vote
