Please accept my best wishes and compliments.  You and your NGO is doing outstanding work for the welfare and upliftment of Scheduled Tribes of India.

 

Recently, I came to know about one person, who was appointed against the reserved vacancy for the STs.  The person's surname is "Paunikar"/"Pounikar" and as per my general knowledge, he belongs to Koshti Caste/Community , which actually comes under OBC/SBC Category. In this manner, the right of another eligible candidate of ST Category has been taken away by a spurious candidate.

 

I sent an application under the RTI Act, but the officers/officials of his office are trying to suppress the information.  However,  a first appeal is being filed by me.  Sir,  as per the information obtained by me under the RTI Act-2005, the CASTE STATUS has not yet been verified by the APPOINTING AUTHORITY in violation of Instructions of Govt. of India and also in violation of instructions of Hon'ble Bombay High Court (which was filed by your goodself).

 

I, therefore, request you kindly to guide me in this regard so that the cases of false caste certificate can be busted out.   If possible, please provide a soft copy of the writ petition, which was filed by your goodself on behalf of Aadivasi Kruti Samiti so that I can file a writ petition before the Hon'ble MP High Court.
