१७ जमातींचा अभ्यास
पूर्वीच्या राज्य शासनाच्या दिनांक ६.८.२०१४ च्या प्रस्तावास अनुसरून केंद्र शासनाने अनुच्छेद २७५(१) अंतर्गत अनुदान या योजनेखाली सन २०१४-२०१५ या वर्षी एकून १७ योजनांखाली ११७०१.३० लक्ष निधी उपलब्ध केला आहे .त्यातील ८ क्रमांकावर Research Studies (TRTI) Ethnographic study of 17 tribes ही योजना आहे व मंजुर खर्च १०० लाख आहे.
या योजनेच्या मार्गदर्शक सूचनाना मंजूरी देणे बाकी होते . विद्दमान शासनाने ९.९.२०१५ रोजी मार्गदर्शक सूचना जारी केल्या आहेत .
त्यात अभ्यासाची उद्दीष्ट्टये पुढीलप्रमाणे ठरविण्यात आलेली आहेत.
१. आदिवासींची मूलभूत ओळख आणि इतिहास यांचा अभ्यास करणे,
२. जास्त लोकसंख्या असलेल्या आदिवासी क्षेत्रात प्रत्यक्ष भेटी देणे,
३. त्यांची शारीरीक वैशिष्ठ्ये ,भाषा ,साहित्य यांचा अभ्यास करणे,
४. त्यांच्या सामाजिक आणि आर्थिक जीवनाच्या विविध पैलूंचा अभ्यास करणे,
५.पर्यावरण, स्वच्छता,आरोग्य,रोग आणि त्यावरील उपचारपध्दती याबाबतच्या जीवनपद्धती आणि सवयी जाणून घेणे,
६. जीवनातील महत्वाचे प्रसंगी म्हणजे जन्म,लग्न,मृत्यू इ.बाबतचा त्यांचा दृष्ट्टीकोन आणि पध्दती समजून घेणे,
७.त्यांच्या धर्मामाबाबतच्या संकल्पना,रितीरीवाज ,देवदेवता, श्रद्धा आणि चालीरीती याचा अभ्यास
८. आंतर सामुदायिक संबंध समजून घेणे,
९. समुदायातील नातेसंबंधांच्या विविध पैलूंचा अभ्यास करणे,
१०. सामाजिक नियंत्रण,प्रतिष्ट्ठा आणी नेतृत्व संरचना अभ्यासणे,
११. यामध्ये होत असलेल्या सामाजिक,सांस्कृतिक बदलांचा अभ्यास करणे,
१२. त्यांच्यामध्ये सामाजिक,आर्थिक आणि क्षैक्षणिक विकासामुले झालेले बदल स्वीकारणे.
महाराष्ट्र राज्याच्या अनु. जमातीच्या यादीतील कथीत १७ जमाती सर्वाना माहित आहेत. ६सप्टेंबर १९५० ला महाराष्ट्रातील आदिवासी जमातीची यादी प्रसिद्ध झालेली होती त्यात २४ जमाती होत्या त्यात १९७६ पर्यंत २३ जमातीचा समावेश केला आहे व २ जमातीना २००३ मध्ये वगलले आहे. Anthropological survey of India मध्ये या १७ जमातींचा अभ्यास आहे.

Dhanyawad sirji ......I will try to circulate all this information to tribal tehsil area ......by fb ....watsapp ....and as print media ...as pamplate ....and also trying to make its informational audio cd .....which will be ....listen in rural area ...and local market and wadya ...pade ...of Ambegaon...Khed..Maval...Junner..Akole...Igatpuri....

यानुसार लोकांना माहिती संकलन करून जागृत करणे आवश्यक आहे.
त्या साठी आपल्या परिसरातील जमातींची माहिती आपल्या अनुभवी आणि आधीच्या पिढीतील सांस्कृतिक अभ्यास करणाऱ्यांकडून माहिती संकलन करून नवीन पिढी मध्ये आपल्या सांस्कृतिक ओळख आणि पारंपारिक ज्ञान याची ओळख करून देवुय। Lets do it together!

Rather check the study group composition & demand national level anthropologists in d study group.. else poor study report ll boomrang every community in future...

why only study of 17 tribes, when the survey study has already been done by TRTI.
if government want to spend the money on sundry things then do the survey and study of all the listed tribes.
it is better that the allotted money should be spent for the students books, notebook, food, hostels ashramschools, creating self employment for the unemployed tribals, water supply, training to farmers etc.
it is practice of divide and rule so be careful another funda is if you cannot convince someone then confuse them.
