एक सुद्धा आदिवासी समितीवर काम करण्याच्या लायकीचा नाही ?

आदिवासीची लायकी काढली......

सकाळी ९ च्या दरम्यान एम. बी. डाखोरे साहेब ह्यांचा वाशीमवरून फोन आला. आणि त्यांनी 
आपली खंत माझ्याजवळ व्यक्त केली. म्हणे केद्रीय समिती महाराष्ट्रात येऊ घातली आहे.ही 
समिती आदिवासींच्या प्रश्नासाठी खास करून येथे आहे. या समितीचे महाराष्ट्रातील सदस्य 
म्हणून आदिवासींच्या वतीने काम पाहणार आहेत डॉ बंग कि जे आदिवासी नाहीत. ते उच्च 
वर्णीय आहेत "सर्च" नावाची त्यांची संस्था आहे. गडचिरोली कडील भागात ते आदिवासींसाठी
काम करतात अशी बोलवा आहे. या समितीमध्ये काम करण्यासठी महाराष्ट्रातील एकही 
आदिवासी लायकीचा नाही ,असे केंद्र सरकारला आणि आमच्या राज्य सरकारला सुद्धा वाटले. 
म्हणूनच त्यांनी महाराष्ट्रातून आदिवासीऐवजी गैरआदिवासीची निवड केली. ही आमच्यासाठी 
अत्यंत शरमेची गोष्ट आहे. या समितीचे इतर सदस्य बघा. १) प्रा वर्जिनस झासा २) डॉ जोसेफ
बारा ३) डॉ के के मीश्रा ४)मिस सुणीला बसंत ५) डॉ उषा रामनाथन. यापैकी कोण कोण आदिवासी 
आहेत? या प्रश्नाचा शोध तुम्ही घ्या .मित्र हो ! स्वतंत्र भारतातील ही आदिवासींची थट्टा आहे.
संपूर्ण भारतभर फिरून ही मंडळी सरकारला आदिवासीचा विकास कसा करा या संदर्भात काही 
सूचना करणार आहे म्हणे. आदिवासीचा विकास कसा करावा ? त्यांच्या काय अडचणी आहेत
हे या समितीमधील किती सदस्यांना ठाऊक आहे ? हा संशोधनाचा प्रश्न आहे. संस्था स्थापन 
करून आदिवासींच्या उत्थानाचे सोंग करून करोडोची निधी आपल्य घश्यात उतरविणारे 
ढोंगी आदिवासी सेवक आमचा विकास करणार आहेत का? आज देशात ११ कोटीच्यावर 
आदिवासी आहेत. देशाचा विषय थोडा बाजूला ठेऊ. महाराष्ट्रीय म्हणून आपण आपल्या 
राज्याचा विचार करू. आपल्या राज्यात आज १ कोटी २३ लाख आदिवासी आहेत. यापैकी 
एक सुद्धा आदिवासी या समितीवर काम करण्याच्या लायकीचा नाही ? महाराष्ट्रातील २५ 
आदिवासी आमदार शितनिद्रेत होती काय.? कि यांना न विचारातच बंग साहेबांच नाव
तिकड गेलय? .मित्र हो बघा आपली अशी अवस्था आहे.

अरे बाबांनो आज आपला कोणता आदिवासी सामाजिक संस्‍थेचे काम करत आहे. जे शिकले पुढे केलें त्‍यांनी कधी मागे वळुन समाजाकडे पाहिलय का. डॉ. बंग व बाबा आमटे यांनी आदिवासीसाठी कामे केली. त्‍याप्रमाणे महाराष्‍ट्ातील 47 आदिवासी जमातीतील लोकांपैंकी कोणी अशा प्रकारचे काम केले आहे, असे दाखवुन दया. 25 आमदार म्‍हणता तर त्‍यांना तरी दोष देण्‍यात काय अर्थ. आज बाहेरील जगातील काही धार्मिक संस्‍था येऊन आदिवासी भागामध्‍ये काम करत आहे. त्‍यांना दोष देऊन फायदा नाही. फेसबुकवर सर्वच जण जय आदिवासी म्‍हणतो, पण मेळघाटामध्‍ये जाऊन तेथील कुपोषणाबाबत कोण काम करण्‍यास तयार आहेत काय. बाल विकास प्रकल्‍प अधिकारी म्‍हणून आज आदिवासी उमेदवार महाराष्‍ट्ात तरी 35 ते 40 जण असतील पण आदिवासी भागात काम करण्‍याची त्‍याची तयारी नाही व मानसिकताही नाही. हे विचारात घ्‍या.

Don't be so rhetoric to name the tribal occupying position. Shoe punches  him who wears. Dare to reach there instead of naming & blaming. Learn to respect who are at work. It is easy to name and blame. This is not feat to blame. May be that they are of average calibre. What you are doing? What is your status to point out  finger   on them. Please stop this.

Don' t blame the Govt. I am closely watching this exercise. I have attended meetings of planning commission at Delhi. Your suggestions are welcome. But don't blame Govt. Government has no option but to go to the expert. What are your suggestions? You prove yourself. Naming and blaming will not do! True, we are not capable to undertake research, analyse the problem and draw the accurate conclusion of our problems so as to make some recommendations to address the tribal issues. We are rhetoric,n your voice will not reach them and will not prove wise if reached. This is futile chaos.

          Its a matter of concern that there is no member from Tribal community in the committee meant for Tribe in the state. Mr Sambhaji Sarkunde rightly pointed out the fact and our limitations and on has to agree with this. Mr. Abhay Bang, son of Thakurdas Bang availed legacy of his father. I am form Gadchiroli District and I have seen era of  80's when he started SEARCH on bus stand road, Gadchiroli. In the name of tribal some people shape their own identity and reach international platform, get international awards.. You might be shocked to know in 80's Mr and Mrs Bang used poor Adiwasis for their Shodhgram. People work hard for them and  they have been exploited and they do not pay wages to them. What happened about the report given on malnutrition in the state? Its of no use for those who are real sufferers.. He started work against liquor  in the District, but after ban on liquor its known to all that flood of liquor seen in the district surrounded by SEARCH. My tribal neighbor Shravan Uikey  who admitted for medication for his health problem was fade up with the overtime and heavy work and ran away from SEARCH.  Once Mrs Rani Bang pour oil  on her body to burn herself, reason was Mr Bang. she had not that much good terms with Mr Bang..they adjusted with the term...now become big NGO in the district and on the map of India and abroad...Mr Bang used Adiwasi card to make himself self sufficient. At the same time he does not speak on  unemployment, exploitation of tribes, naxal problems in his neighborhood, questions of bogus tribes (Kostis who impersonate themselves as Halba and availed benefit meant for Tribe in large numbers) in the district..
