nagpur high court judge is paid or what on bogus st candidates??

high court judge bhushan gavai always has given decisons in favour of bogus halbas in most cases. Is this the fault of govt lawyer/our lawyers?? (if there are any) of poor arguments or inspite of the facts, the judge(who belongs to sc cat i suppose, it means he knows who r real tribes) is taking money to make wrong decisions??

any lights on that and possible solutions if any??

i do suspect that the judge and other may be managed by these bogus st. for saving job (and service of many year) people can easily give 1-2 year salary.
