It was so nice  to talk with you today morning regarding our forth coming conference theme : RELIGION, WOMAN & MOTHER EARTH ; TOWARDS A PEACEFUL UNITED  WORLD, will be held at Pune on  Sunday, 16^th November 2014.

 

I am Mr Krishna Yadav a retired personal from Indian Air Force and a permanent resident of Pune city, propagating WORLD PEACE – NON VIOLENCE message through our Charitable Trust titled “VASUDHAIVA KUTUMBAKAM – THE WORLD IS ONE FAMILY” registered at Pune city since 2011.

 

Keeping our successful  track record of the last two enlightening conferences  INTER RELIGIOUS MEETING - NON VIOLENCE and RELIGION AND SCIENCE COOPERATING FOR PEACE & HARMONY TOWARDS  A UNITED PEACEFUL WORLD  we are inspired to move one step further and have planned  our  above mentioned conference on Sunday, 16^th November 2014.

 

Under  the reference  of  Tribal Research Institute,  I got in touch with you specially for you to accept our kind invitation as an eminent speaker from the perspective of ADIVASI RELIGION.  I am indebted for him.

 

Past conferences we could get successfully ten to eleven various religious eminent speakers according to the chronological order of the world religions.  Also, our past conferences being little unique, this year too the theme is unique and specially woman centric. Hence, we have decided to invite two speakers from each religion consisting of one female and one male from the same religion. Time slot will be each ten minutes to female and male speakers respectively. Speakers should be brief but concluding with loud and clear message towards WORLD PEACE in realizing ONENESS – UNITY IN DIVERSITY on this planet EARTH.

 

Concept note on the woman centric theme and rest details will be intimated within few days. We will appreciate and be grateful to you if you can accompany your influencing friends from your social network from Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.  As I will be unfolding the vision and agenda of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam as shared with you on Phone. These influential friends one day will become useful to spread and achieve ultimate aim of  WORLD PEACE – NON VIOLENCE.

 

If you can recommend a woman speaker from Adivasi Religion will be an immense help to us. Please let us know at the earliest full detail of woman speaker who will accompany you. As I have to start printing of invitations etc.

 

I will be indebted to you if you can whole heartedly accept our kind invitation and mark the date in your calendar and inspire/enlighten the audience towards NON VIOLENCE.  Please send your complete profile too.

It is very exciting to learn that the issue of "Tribal Religion" is being raised and discussed at the above conference .

It is really a matter of surprise that the religion of  10 crore  tribal community in the country remains yet to be recognized  by the government or the Constitution of the country.

I hope the issue will be given adequate importance and priority for further course of action in this connection.

We feel so sorry that the Adivasi religion is still not recognized by the government of India, so the adivasi community remains "Religion Less" despite the fact that 10 crore adivasis are naure worshippers.

दिनांक १६ नोव्हेंबर २०१४ पुणे येथील वसुधैव कुटुंबकम तर्फे आयोजित जागतिक शांतता आणि एकात्मता परिषद (विषय - धर्म, मातृभूमी, महिला) मध्ये आदिवासी समाजाचे प्रतिनिधित्व करताना आप. अशोकभाई चौधरी यांनी मांडलेले काही ठळक मुद्दे थोडक्यात. कृपया सर्वांनी एकदा वाचुन नक्की विचार करावा. 

१) private  ownership (खाजगी मालकी ) : 

 अत्यंत महत्वाचा मुद्दा त्यांनी मांडला कि,आदिवासी समाजात खाजगी मालकी ची संकल्पना कधी रुजली नव्हती, म्हणून कधी आदिवासी साम्राज्ये फारशी बनली नाहीत, जी बनली ती स्वरक्षणार्थ बनली. याला कारण असे कि संपत्ती व खाजगी मालकी बनवली, तर तिचे रक्षण, वयक्तिक इर्षा, स्पर्धा,स्वार्थ, मोह,  हिंसा उदयास येते. आदिवासी समाज मात्र या पासून अलिप्त राहून अजुनी सामाजिक एकात्मता, परस्पर सहकार्य, हे जीवन शैलीत सहज येते. 

 पुढे जावून श्री. अशोकभाई हा मुद्दा आणखी विस्तारत म्हणाले कि,आदिवासींनी संपत्ती स्वतःजवळ साठवून न ठेवता ते समाजात वाटून घेत असत. आणि म्हणून जर संपत्तीच नाही तर गरीब श्रीमंत हा भेदभाव देखील आदिवासींमध्ये रुजला नाही. समानता हा आदिवासी समाजाचा सर्वात मोठा पाया हा याच गोष्टीमुळे ठरतो. 

          संपत्ती नाही म्हणून कधी institutions बनली नाहीत. सामाजिक, आर्थिक कोणत्याच प्रकारच्या संस्था विकसित झाल्या नाहीत. व्यापार, व्यवहार, गरजे पेक्षा जास्त जमा करणे याची गरजच कधी आदिवासींना पडली नाही. जे काही व्यवहार व्हायचे ते सर्व एकमेकांवरील विश्वासाच्या आधारावर व्हायचे.

२) self governance system (स्वशासन प्रणाली)

          दुसरा मुद्दा हा खूप महत्वाचा मांडला. अशोकभाई म्हणतात कि, "आदिवासी समाज जरी समूहा समूहाने राहत असला तरी त्यांनी स्वताची self governance system (स्वशासन प्रणाली ) त्यांनी विकसित केली आहे. या प्रणाली अंतर्गत समाजाच्या छोट्या मोठ्या समस्या आपापसात चर्चा व समेट घडवून सोडवल्या जात , त्यांचे स्वतःचे काही नियम व कायदे आहेत,त्यामुळे वेगळ्या एखादया किंवा बाहेरच्या न्यायप्रणालीची आदिवासींना कधी गरज पडली नाही. 

३) स्वावलंबन        

          तिसरा अत्यंत महत्वाचा मुद्दा मांडला गेला तो म्हणजे स्वावलंबन , हा मुद्दा मांडताना अशोकभाई म्हणतात कि आमच्या मुलांना कधी विज्ञान शिकवायला वा  तंत्रञान  शिकवायला विशेष प्रणालीची आवश्यकता भासली नाही. कारण आमची मुले सामुहिक होवून काम करणारा समाज बघून सामुहीकता,संघटीतपण हे गुण शिकतात. दैनदिन जीवनातून त्यांनी विज्ञान व तंत्रञान शिकलेय. 

          आदिवासी समाज हा अत्यंत स्वावलंबी , शिस्तबद्ध आणि स्वतःची एक शाषणपद्धती विकसित करून चालवणारा असा स्वयंभू समाज आहे . 

   सर्व समाजाला उद्देशून बोलताना अशोकभाईनी आदिवासी समाजाची तत्वे सोडून जर आपण चालू पडलोय आणि यामुळे आपण स्वताचे नुकसान करून घेतोय सर्व मानवजातीचे नुकसान करतोय असा महत्वाचा इशारा दिला,ते म्हणाले कि आज आपण सर्वजन समाजात विविध तत्वांची मांडणी करतो मात्र वागतोय त्याच्या अगदी विरुद्ध! प्रत्येक जन आज ध्येय पूर्तीच्या मागे लागलाय ,जास्ती मिळवण्याच्या मागे लागलाय आणि जास्ती मिळवण्यासाठी एकमेकांशीच स्पर्धा करू लागलोय स्पर्धेतून द्वेष मत्सर निर्माण होवून मानव जातीमध्ये विष पसरत आहे हे जर टाळायचे असेल तर आदिवासी तत्वे आत्मसात करणे खूप गरजेचे आहे . "मला वाटते कि या जगाचे पुन्हा retribalisation व्हावे असे मला वाटते" असे अशोक भायींनी म्हणताच सभागृहात टाळ्यांचा एकच गजर झाला. 

 विज्ञानाचा वापर हा एकमेकांना जोडायला केला गेला पाहिजे न कि एकमेकांना मारायला हे सांगायला ते विसरले नाहीत.  भाषण संपवताना मात्र त्यांनी असा मुद्दा उपस्थित केला कि सर्वांना विचार करायला भाग पाडले. इंगजी आणि हिंदीमधून भाषण देताना म्हणाले कि, we all  believe Darvin's principle right?" म्हणजे आपण सर्व जन डार्विन च जीवउत्क्रांतीचा सिद्धांत मानतो त्यावर विश्वास ठेवतोय ना. (सभागृहात  होकारार्थी माना  डोलावल्या गेल्या ) या सिद्धांतात म्हटलेय कि माकड (वानर) हे आपले पूर्वज होते आणि ते आपण अभिमानाने मान्य करतो.  मग आपण हे का मान्य करत नाहीत कि आदिवासी हे आपल्या पूर्वजांचे पण पूर्वज होते .?"( सभागृत टाळ्या वाजू लागल्या मात्र त्याच बरोबर उपस्थित पण विचारात पडले  हे सर्वांच्या चेहऱ्यावर दिसत होते)
