Hi All! We are using DropBox, Google Docs, and Word Docs together with Accelo. We are leveraging templates and checklists internally, but often we have a wide variety of documentation that needs to live elsewhere but referenced in Accelo. 

How are all of you managing this? A solution within Accelo? A third party tool you integrate? Thanks in advance!

Your problem isn't with sharing links, but with separate access & authorization mechanisms at each cloud location.

Search for ones that can do SSO (single sign on), so they can use the same definitions for things like employees, managers, etc.

I don't remember reading anything about accelo tying in with AD or any 3rd party sso vendors, but am I wrong?

Integrators like this one might be able to tie into Accelo, while also tying in all your cloud services...
