Dears,

PFB the MoM of the meeting held at AB II on 17/07/2016.

1.Association Regtration -  AP: Sreejesh (201) --> Enquire the procedure and total expense

2. Association Account - AP: Jagan (206) --> To get the details and do the required needs.

3. To instruct the tenants at 4th/3rd floor not to keep the dress for drying at Corridor. Especially the hanging ones are strictly not allowed.

AP: Owners to instruct their tenants not to do so.

4. Decided to collect 2500 for apartment fund/flat. Few owners have made their payments already. Others need to pay at the earliest. Intention to have a good amount of money with Association in case of emergency.

Considering the input from Owners present during the meet, there is also an option to pay 500/month till year end. This has to be bear by the Owners not tenants. For this they can take 500 less from their Rent ask tenant to pay 1500 as maintenance for each month.

Upcoming plans:

1. Generator service needs to be done. - COMPLETED

2. Decided to buy 10 chairs for association which can be used during meetings and other functions. AP: Jagan 206.

3. Grill work at the stair entrance needs to be completed. Need to enquire the cost and  decide further.
