Hello Manzoor and Everyone,

Since everyone is in this forum, I would like to mention a concern that I'm having as my flat is empty. Last increase in maintenence cost was mainly due to water tanker usage. Empty apartments are not using any water at all. Is it possible to keep maintenence amount to lower old value Rs. 1200 for those.

Hi All,

In June the exp was 88,069/- and in July it was 83,132/- while ideal collection is only 72,000/- (1800x40) and that's how we are running out of balance. I highly appreciate every one who had already paid their maintenance in advance or on-time.

For this month the calculated exp is approx 65,000/- and I'm in deficit of some 5000/- to pay Rajendra's salary (after making other payments). Requesting to all to pay your respective pending maintenance (if any) as soon possible.

you will find the exp report soon.

Request all to keep on attending the meetings time-to time and so you will be aware the expenses and challenges in society.
