I will update a couple of wikipedias:

als de en fa fr ar es ja ru uk

due to the new restrictions on Wikimedia.

If you have a request, let  me know and I can amend the list.

When it comes to wiktionaries, they will be updated on request only.

It will take a couple of days to sync and generate the new data

FYI: Scraping dewiktionary since three days. Generation of enwiktionary will take approximately two weeks.

I would request updating Finnish Wiktionary, approximately 75 000 new entries  since last update so it would help me a lot

Wikipedias are in one names pace which is one download. 

Wiktionaries incorporate mir name spaces. Enwiktionary 4 or 5 which results in 5 downloads out of a max of 15. So this would be a third of my quota...

Not sure it in worthwhile. However I could give it a try as we are currently approaching to the end of the month. 

Same for fiwiktionary BTW. 

The scraped databases of the wiktionaries are missing data. We can not figure out why.

Those four are the available namespaces returned when checking with curl

Thery are also the same four that were posted on enterprise dumps before the quota change

If you need any more, let me know
