A Building co-op Hsg soc.Maintenance Charges

Hello , 

I have received a email communication from Rama Builders with the document as attached - i though to share with the group  . Trust this is being looked into suitably as per our last posts on this subject and to jointly conclude upon the Final monthly charges to be made payable per premise .

Just checked I too have received the same email. This looks like a communication to the owners of the flats that the committee of the society has been formed and they should make the payments for maintenance to the committee.

 

Once we elect our office bearers we will have discussion with the builder on the maintenance charges and inform the group whether we want to go for the housekeeping personnel that builder has employed or if we want to employ our own housekeeping personnel. For this we might need the support of other buildings committee to arrive to a solution.

They sent me the notice of the maintenance charges but need advise from the group.

The charges will have to be paid to the society office bearers, not the committee. We are going to elect our interim body on this Saturday at 12:00 pm on 8th floor refuge area. You can also come and attend the meeting. In which we can highlight the issues that the residents have faced so far. So far we don't have any mechanism to accept the maintenance money from the owners. During next few days we will decide on how to accept the money from the residents and how and whome to make the payments for maintenance.

We may also have to decide whether we want to continue with the current set of house keeping people or do we have to recruit new people.

Requesting every one to wait for the communication from the body. This is good that more owners are now participating in the discussions.
