Dear All,

We are happy to announce that our society is now live on Appartment Adda. We have updated everyones email ids and mobile number against each and every flat in the society.


Appartment Adda would automatically generate invoices against the maintenance charges for each and every flat. Which you can pay using the payment gateway services through Appartment adda using your credit card, debit card or net banking. This would enable Appartment adda to generate an online reciept of the payment which will be available for you to download any time after the payment. If in case you have paid the money through cash or cheque to the office bearers you can mark the invoice as "I have paid" and enter the details. Please go through the attached manual for using the payment gateways.

Currently most of the payments for the April- June 2015 might not be updated so request you to kindly ignore it, if you have paid. We will update the payments soon and you would be able to view your respective receipts online.

Apart from the above services Appartment adda also provides services like polls, connect with your neighbour, make a request to the office bearers like NoC, booking of refuge area for small get together etc.

Request you all to please login using your email ids and make use of Appartment Adda.

If in case you are not able to login, please let me or other office bearers know.

But in the mean time if you have the evidences with you like transaction id, you can click on I HAVE PAID link and enter the amount, date, bank info and the transaction id in the form that will appear after clicking on the I HAVE PAID button.

I refer to the bill generated from Adda which denotes an outstanding due for April to June , u may please note that I have already made payments as against April to June 2015 - I have posted the bank NEFT online confirmations through the portal and have emailed separately to u  

I have paid the society charges for APRIL , MAY AND JUNE through Net Banking HDFC TPT and have due confirmations for the same . Kindly validate and make suitable corrections in the accounts as the same are denoted as outstanding , please confirm action and oblige

Further although the above payments have been made monthly - I see a late payment charged being levied to me which I request to be removed.

Dear Rakesh,

There are two entries in my bank statement as follows:

1) 25-7-14 BIL/000623007247/904A, July 50200006741625 for Rs 11000

2) 25-7-14 BIL/000623009501/A-904, water 50200006741625 for Rs 2000.

I do not remember if this was a payment made towards society. Can you please check and update, and also check the total outstanding shown in Adda is correct?

i.e. 14-08-2015 hence this should not be levied as of today.
2. Total payable should be maximum 3300 x 3 = 9900/- per quarter and
not INR 20319/-. Maintenance charges till June 2015 are already paid
by me.

Can the correct invoice be posted again in order to proceed for
payment? Moreover, online payments are not free through apartmentadda
and the following charges would apply to each transaction of the
following type:
1. Netbanking - INR 25/- per transaction.
2. Debit card - 1.25% of transaction amount.
3. Credit card - 2.2% of transaction amount.

These charges are extremely high and will be borne by each of us. Can
we negotiate with apartmentadda on these charges on behalf of the
society? Does maintaining a login account with apartmentadda attract
any yearly charges? Was apartmentadda the only alternative for us?

As per my message on whatsapp, we are working on it so please ignore this amount whoever had paid their respective dues in time.

If it lets you modify the amount you wish to pay then I would suggest you to please go ahead and make the payment please.

Well, these are the charges any other website charges you for using the billdesk or payment gateway charges. I have recently heard the govt is trying to get these charges waived off. If you don’t want to use this facility you can continue to direct transfer the charges but you then need to come to the website and use the button I have paid and enter the details of the transfer or payments.
