1. Breakfast

2. 2014-15 Audit report

3. Introduction of the new office bearers and Committee Members

4. Brief about projects completed within Swiss County A CHS

    a. Security

    b. Telecom (Intercom & Broadband internet)

    c. Society Management

    d. CCTV

    e. Parking regularisation

5. Projects for the next financial year and passing the budget for the same.

    a. Survey for solar plant on the roof top of society

    b. Rainwater harvesting

    c. Making CCTV footage public on an app for the society residents.

    d. Stickers for vehicles belonging to the residents.

    e. Survey of Monetization of the empty parking slots for the benefit of residents.

    f.  Increasing the usage of LED lightings within the society

    g. Introduction of Pest Control within the society.

    h. Hiring of a Electrician and Plumber for the society.

     i. Replacement of faulty switches in the flats.

    j. Issuance of Share Certificates

6. Authorization of the new committee members to commence new projects costing upto Rs 100000/- for the Financial year 2016-17.

7. Introduction to the eSanchalak team and Society Manager.

8. Lunch

Requesting everyone to bring in your documents as required by the eSanchalak to issue Share Certificates to everyone.
