NOTICE REMINDER FOR BALANCE MAINTENANCE CHARGES FROM RAMA BUILDERS

Hello Friends 

Receiving several reminders for payment of maintenance dues for the past months . Today also have received as attached  

Trust this is being looked into , as last we were advised to hold on to this payment as its to be now routed through our society only . 

Please advise , trust this does not have any adverse effect on our relations with the builder

Will await the decision of the members Society Office Bearers

Dear all,

Please hold on to maintenance payment. This is nothing but the pressure tactics that the builder is using here. He wants us to take the handover without proper checks and audits. I had a meeting with other building society ofc bearers and no one has paid this money to the builder. We first would like to know how they have arrived to this amount.

If at all this money has to be paid, it will be paid through the society.

All the office bearers of all the societies are having a meeting with the maintenance vendors tomorrow. I will let you know the outcome of the same.

Second thing I would like to ask you is to keep some money ready to be paid to the society some time next week. We haven't arrived at the amount of money as builder so far hasn't shared the expenses he incurrs on the building on monthly basis nor he has given us any appointment to discuss this issue even after 2 reminders have been sent to him.
