Payment of the dues

Dear all,

Mr Katare, Treasurer of the society, during our last executive committee meeting last week informed us around 10 residents of the society haven't made the payment of their Maintenance Charges for the month of June and July, 2014 even after many one to one follow ups. So the executive committee has decided to levy a penalty of 10% of the charges on the defaulters wherever default is older than 30 days. The committee has given a last chance to all the defaulting owners of the society to make the payment by 22nd September, 2014 post which the penalty charge would be levied on the flat owner. This would also mean delay in issuance of any NoC letter from the society for any flat related works. So requesting all the residing and non-residents to clear their dues in time.

I would also like to inform all the other members that the payment of maintenance charges for the month of August and September is also now due. So far only a couple of members have paid their dues. Requesting every one to make the payments ASAP.

Hi Rakesh,

Please let me know the amount to be paid for the flat A501 and A502, for our tenants. I hop we need to pay for August, September and October 9900/- for each flat. Is it correct. Please let me amc keep Mr.Katare in loop. I would like to pay this week.
