As part of the development of a GIS dashboard at the SEOC for tracking status of critical infrastructure and key resources (CIKR), data is needed in order to help prototype the dashboard.
To that end, please have as many operators as possible who have Winlink capability send a Field Situation Report to WS8EOC on May 1, any time during the day. It’s easy to create, and will only take a few minutes. The form is found in the Select Template menu when creating a new message in Winlink:

Complete the form, click the Submit button, ensure the message is addressed to WS8EOC, and post it to the outbox and send as you would any other message. NOTE: please put “This is an exercise” in the comments field at the bottom of the form.
Feel free to mock the data, i.e., specify services not available. You can send this message using either Telnet or via any RF means you have available.
