Hi... the BT is very strange on the Vero and not straight forward, I have never heard of this being done.

I did it using android under Rpi4, to run HT application for APRS reporting. Work for month, but i thing Google changes something that made the application stop.

When it first came out I got the program onto a PC via an emulator but did get any further due to the BT.

It was great on a Large screen...

Raspberry Pi already has its own Bluetooth.
I tried to pair it with N7500. On Linux.
Even received packets. Through Tcpdump.
But, knowledgeable people, they say that all traffic is encrypted there? Via Bluetooth. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I just want to receive and transmit audio traffic on Linux via Bluetooth. For EchoLink.
Without constant use of the HT program.

Sounds like you are reverse engineering the program and I have not seen anybody say they have done that on 3 other sites...

Some have asked the makers and developer but they have not released the source code. 

It's a bit messy with people demanding APRS interfacing... to other items.

Puzzled why for a technology which is 40 years old as packet radio but if that sells radios 👍

Unfortunately, I'm not a programmer.
I'm just trying to understand more deeply how the VR-N7500 works.
Perhaps someone has studied this..
How does audio streaming work? From N7500 to HT App?
What audio profiles and codec are used there?
