I dont understand your email.. Appointment  of nouncers had been proposed and accepted in last weekend meeting by vbhc and residents..

Also this mail is not proper way of communicating in large forum..

I personally support thus bouncers as after this guys had been appointed too many issues are in control..

If your stickers are stolen and you are not allowed inside please solve this amicably this is not the way to solve the issue and also you are making this as a common issue which is not at all correct...

Dear Mr. Rao,

Based on the majority view of the residents, VBHC has requested the Security Company to employ Special Guards,  which was the only way in which difficult Student Tenants could be controlled. We have received initial feedback that unruly Student Tenants are now better behaved.

Now we have received a complaint from you  that we should discontinue this.We cannot satisfy all persons if they have different suggestions. The rules at the gate can be enforced only when all the residents are willing to abide by them, if there is a leeway given to one set of residents then it will defeat the purpose of special guards being deployed in the complex.

We are convening a meeting on 3rd April to finalize the Association Formation. Incidentally, here also we bowed to the wishes of the Majority of the Owners as to how the Association should be formed and we are using the Draft Proposal given by a very knowledgeable and constructive owner.

The Residents by a Majority vote are welcome to change the Security Company, change the Instructions to the Security Company or change Individual Employees of the Security Company or any combination of these measures. We have no opinion on this matter.

how do you stop the illegal entry?

by entering the details at the entrance on the register, how sure that the trespasser's will provide correct information's on the register? how do you track if the said person is going to what purpose (actually) ? weather is going to same Flat/Block which has entered and should it be for same purpose, as it may be fake or false?

also the stolen stickers may be utilized by the different fakers at different times for any reasons, and there is no corresponding entry on the register at the entrance as the trespasser's is carrying the valid access sticker (which is actually stolen), do we have any control on this?

how this would suffice our purpose of Safety and Security?

Bouncers are doing good job, Its very much realized by owners who come front for every isssue with students thats its not that easy to control this students when they are in effect of drugs that too by late night..

Who ever is owner and sleeps closing the doors till issue comes to his door step will not understand the pain Of controlling students when they are in drug effect.. Bouncers are doing great job...

We support vbhc move in this matters when comes to security and peace at night..

Dear All, 

I have seen many good comments from owners in various whatsapp groups and in mails about bouncers, with that I too personally feel that bouncer implementation is helping to control students issues. Initially any incidents affects residents sleep, few active owners will come out to know whats happening in side vbhc. in last 2-3 days very less residents aware about the incidents including me, also heard bouncers managed these issue very well. So I personally think, bouncers are doing good job so far.

As you said One System (ID card / Vehicle sticker) is very much required also I can understand your point and difficulties faced as a owner. As you are aware, so many issues happening in side our premises, we have tried / discussed many things to control all this. VBHC & SRS agreed in last meeting that, we will try with bouncers for 2 months if it is working well then will continue. Initial time it will be little irritation to owners because we done have any system to know who is owner and who is tenant. also they dont have any rules to follow. May after this association formation  meeting we can come up with certain rules to follow and any system like ID card, vehicle sticker etc. Until we need to adjust little bit. We will again try to implement one by one, also tell VBHC to do that, like main gate camera, boom barrier ( even though it was not agreed as per last meeting, still something they have did). 

Also they have agreed they will install sign boards within 2 weeks time, and will display rules board, if we finalize the rules and regulations etc. Lets observe how things are moving....

This is my personal observation, I guess majority are thinking the same way, if not please comment here.

Hi All,

I support bouncers are for good and should continue.

However, to address Vadiraj's comment -  I feel the current sticker (non-paper material) is not correct.
1) it can be easily removed from any vehicle.
2) it will not be torn even if u want it to be, since the sticker is plastic material and not paper.

So we have so many sticker thefts.

SOLUTION:
1) It should actually be paper, which gets torned on removal....it can also have a protective plastic cover (to protect it damaged during bike washing).  However if anybody intentionally remove the plastic or sticker it should be torn ( not come out easily).   Basically use paper material with plastic cover.

2) secondly it should be comparatively smaller in size - so tht ppl can stick it in front.  Current one is so huge that nobody would like to paste it in front of bike...(bikes generally don't have this much big space in front).  Currently ppl are sticking at the back, on the mudguard etc. It is tough for security to track.

Ravi - I can show you my office sticker just for example.

Vadiraj - Just to answer your one qts - owner and tenant stickers are separate.  So that is the way for security to identify the owners.

l agree with others that as owner we too must be responsible citizen and follow rules.I support the Bouncer System... Previously during the incident we used to get local strong persons support directly or indirectly and muscle power trouble making students in extreme cases. Family oriented person were never used to get involved for the the fear of life or safety of near and dear ones.

  Best example in this regard was an Foreign national who was manhandled in the Premises despite  being Biggest Troublemaker.. This unnecessarily projected the Vbhc Residents in negative way in the Public media.

@Vadiraj Sir--- During those incidents directly or indirectly through so called  respected organizational power of  Regional Association you  have supported hard handedness up to certain extent. Now I cannot understand if Bouncers are trying to do same what is wrong in that. Regard to other issues or loopholes  pointed with VBHC those can be sorted out with consensus from the Residents.  Sir my sincere request in this regard  lets set aside our  Ego and work for the benefit of Society's  Peaceful existence.

We all are supporting bouncers to control students issues and even Vadiraj not against about bouncers. Bouncers are doing their job and checking each vehicle but owner is coming from office late night and doing formalities. It is not for one day so we(Owners) can bare this.

Problem is here access sticker for bike. Bouncers may not be knowing who is owner , student or tenant if sticker is missing from vehicle.

And this is not our duties that we can collect sticker every second day from maintenance office and paying cost of sticker.

It cannot be personal issues so we can consider this issue as generic issues since many are facing sticker issue and we all are fadeup with sticker system and especially for bike.

We need to work on sticker part and need to find some permanent solution so it cannot remove easily.

We have installed CCTV in main  gate to capture people / vehicle movement. If any incident occurs than we have video footage to do investigation.  For protecting lift battens we have designed new panel and soon will be fixing that. Please find the attachment for more clarity on panel design.

 

We understand parking stickers are misplaced from two wheelers. We are working on it. I would request if you have any sample of sticker then please share with us which will solve the problem.

Can you also please answer questions on theft that is happening within the premises? Vehicle sticker theft, vehicle/cycle theft, lift damages etc?

We want you (VBHC) to be accountable for this and not pass on the responsibility in the name of association formation.

Hi Veeresha,

It is good that there is new design coming up to protect lift buttons. I would request the design team to please install this new panel in one of the lift and check the feasibility and user friendliness, before putting it on lifts.

The previous design of letter box is complete failure.  It does not serve any purpose, instead we always have worry of loosing important letters.
