Any concerns about Garrick caring for landscape?

Hi all,

While Emma was away for 7 weeks, Garrick was paid to do some of her work: watering, weed whacking. 

Emma resigned soon after her return. Her work is done sporatically by volunteers. 

Emma did so much to maintain our landscape and some of the work requires consistent attention.

Garrick would like to resume doing the above part time job, plus some pruning while the garden group reviews our needs for groundskeeper position.  

As my hobby I often do some pruning & would be happy to have Garrick's help when he's available.

Any concerns? Please reply all.

Addendum to the above request: Garrick said he told Jamie that he'd like to continue the above work and Jamie reportedly asked for Groundskeeping Committee - aka Garden group - to weigh in.

If there are no concerns raised by the end of today I;m going to get started on making sure the minimum watering gets done (hopefully lessened by some rain, but we'll see). I'll do weed whacking or any other needed maintenance beyond watering if Carol or Jamie agree that it is necessary.

I'll try to keep in mind any thoughts for how the permanent position could be altered to make it more efficient and effective as we revamp that position moving forward.
