Captains,
Starting the weekend of June 27th I will be offering a 3 game guaranteed Summer Series before the Fall Season starts. We will be offering two divisions this Summer.
· Premier Division Series – this series is open to only current Division 1 and 2 teams.
· Champions Division Series- this series is open to only current Division 2 and 3 teams. NO DIVISION 1 teams are allowed to sign up for this Division
You will see each division on Webtrac and it will open up on Monday for teams to register. Please make sure you register for the correct Division.
1. Each Division will consist of 8 total teams that will be divided into 2 groups of 4 by a random draw. Each group will play a 3 game round robin series to determine a winner of the group. The group winner will play the other group winner in their Division for the Summer Series title.
2. Games will be played over three weekends (we will not have games July 4th) . Games will be held at Bolen on Cricket 19 and both fields at MGP. There will be some night games for some teams, but not all for the time and availability will not allow for equal field play.
3. Teams will be required to umpire games unless a team is able to find a paid umpire for their duties. Teams are also allowed to split fees for a paid umpire if they choose.
4. All rules will be played by LCCL rules. No games can end in a tie and must be completed with winner.
5. Game balls will be provide at the game site.
6. Registration will start at 6:00 am on Monday, June 15 and run through Sunday, June 21st. Registration for the Summer Series will be at a first come first serve bases.
7. Teams will be able to register up to 25 player for the Summer series. All roster will need to be submitted by Thursday, June 25th.
8. We will be playing with the Play Safe model ( information attached).
