TABLE MOUNTAIN TRAILERS Vlakkenberg and Constantia Green Belts Saturday 8th August 2026

This Saturday we will visit Vlakkenberg and the Constantia Green Belts, 13km.

Rendezvous and Start Time

From the shopping centre we will head up Price drive and on to Vlakkenberg Peak. After the peak we take a right to Constantia Nek, crossing over taking the Cork Forest route to Monterey Drive joining the Alphen Trail then turning Right up Beauvais Avenue through Belle Ombre, across Southern Cross drive, down Silverhurst Trail back to the cars.

Terrain and Distance

Good mix of climbing, running and sprinting. Terrain is single track, green belt trail and a bit of tar. 

Approximately 13kms.

Duration: around 2.5 or more hours. 

 

Walking group to be confirmed on Friday.

IMPORTANT:

Please make sure to bring enough water ie. minimum 1.5L for the duration of the run. Also ensure you carry a warm/windproof top and a whistle. Also please carry some form of ICE details
