Hope your holidays were nice! I have mixed feelings about the project and don't think it's entirely worth celebrating. While this will bring a new combined bike/ pedestrian path to about 1.5 miles worth of Arthur Kill Road, it will come with new driving lanes that will likely increase congestion and traffic bottlenecks at the intersection of Arthur Kill Road and Clarke Ave. (Richmond Town's Civic has been highly critical of the project for this reason .)
