The Acting Police Commissioner of Tonj State bans arrest of criminals
on weekends because they are not working days.
Akuecbeny Machol tells the general public to open their cases during
working days, Radio Don Bosco reports.
He explains that their prisons are overcrowding and cannot keep people
for two to three days in jail.
State authorities approved Friday as cultivation day two months ago to
boost food production.
