Extended AGM on 14th October 2023

Dear All members,

Good morning,

Reference to previous notice regarding subject matter, till date we have not received any query related to balance sheet etc.

Kindly revert, in case anybody is having any related queries. 

If no queries are received by today day end, then kindly advise, whether it is advisable to conduct tomorrow extended AGM and unnecessarily waste precious time of members. 

In case, we are not holding any meeting, then we can approve the said balance sheets and other related documents. 

Kindly confirm at the earliest.

Dear Madam Chairperson,

This has reference to your trailing mail.

I proposed let us have short VC meeting on Sunday 15 at say 10:30 am. If no comments are   received or discussed , it can be minuted that way and with that AGM will formally come to an end .
