Dear Madam/Sir,

I am Mr. J. Giridhar, original member of our Sahyadri CH Society with allotted plot No.5, having 303 sq. m (3261.49 sq ft.) area.

 

I have regularly paid the annual maintenance fees and have no outstanding amount due to be paid to the Society.

 

So far, I have not received from the society the Plot Allotment Letter and the Share Certificate related to Plot No. 5 allotted to me by the Society

 

I hereby confirm that I have opted to go with Superb Maa developer for flats, as has been decided by the majority of our Society's members.

 

I request you to kindly issue me as soon as possible all the documents listed below which are required for transferring the title of my Plot No. 5 to the developer in exchange for flat(s), as being negotiated between the developer and SCHS management committee.

 

For Plot No. 5:

1) Letter of Allotment

2) Share Certificate

3) Nomination form

4) 7/12 papers 

 

If possible, please arrange to send me these documents by registered speed post or by professional courier service to my address above in Chennai.

I can reimburse the postal/courier charges to you by GPay or by other means. 

 

If the Share Certificate must be collected in person from the secretary of the Society and cannot be sent via registered speed post or a professional courier service to my address above, kindly let me know by return email or by whatsapp message when the documents are ready to be issued to me.

Accordingly, I will come in person to the SCHS office in Panvel or wherever you will indicate to me to collect these documents.

 

As requested by the management committee of SCHS, I am sending in attachment, scanned copies of the following documents:

1.     PAN card 

2.     Aadhaar Card
