Error part 4, in the milestone

Hello, I'm encountering this error, but a coworker from another institution managed to run the data on her computer. Does anyone have any insights into why this might be happening? Below is the error: 

Erro:
No milestone data found for part(s) 4. Run this/these first before running part 5.
