Good Afternoon - Does anyone know how to reach someone that manages or works at PHRA? The main number is obviously no good because they’re technically closed for the season. And the recording just says they’re closed and see you in the next season.

Currently the waitlist is closed, I am inquiring what it might take to reopen it, not that there is a rush of folks who desire to amass within a relatively small fenced area.
