The Expo Guide is here!
With just over 1 week to go until you visit The Boston Run Show and The Boston Outdoor Expo, which are FULL of inspiration and adventure, the Expo Guide is here! We have created one agenda for the Speaker Sessions in both events, so it's easier to plan your day. Remember, your ticket gives you access to both expos in Hall C!
We have confirmed some cool giveaways at the entrance for early bird visitors, so to be in with a chance, arrive just before 10am Saturday and just before 11am Sunday!

There are alot of live action and features for you to try out in the event this year and there is no need to pre-book these activities - you can walk into the expo and join in! There are 3 pre-show
events listed at the end of this list which you need to book online.
- Join HYROX fitness taster session - join in a team workout
- Try out an Ice bath plunge - pack a towel and your swimmers (if you dare!)
- Get your gait analyzed and shoes fitted for your next race with Marathon Sports & Aetrex
- Join a bushcraft class - learn how to make rope from plants, learn compass skills or survival tips from Tim Swanson
- Try yoga & balance class
with Adina Crawford or Sarah White from Holistic Roots - matts and blocks are provided
- Scale the new climbing wall - wave at the top!
- Kids can try out the new Highland Ride Zone - bikes and helmets provided
- See experts in the Trail Animals Running Club and join a trail running workshop
- Head to the Run Clinic for talks with Chi-Running & Naboso
- Try out Hyperice products at the Recovery

- Sign up for races at the Events Village - find your next challenge
- Play a game of pickleball with Volo Sports
- Kids can try the activities at the Kids Get Active Zone with Running Peas & MyGym
- Jump on the Paddleboard Simulator - test your balance and skill!
- Try out survival skills workshops with Jessie Krebs
- Meet & Greet with the Inspirational

We know traveling and parking aren't the most sexy subject but it's important! You can now pre-book parking through SpotHero via our website.For public transport: The BCEC is steps away from the MBTA’s Silver Line World Trade Center stop, which is the same line that services Logan Airport. Is it a
nice day? Take a 15-minute walk from South Station, which serves as one of Boston’s major transportation hubs, with MBTA bus and red line subway service, as well as commuter rail service to across New England, and Amtrak and bus service to many points across the country.
