PAPA People,
Long time, no emails. Not complaining.
I have a client asking for resources for a busted external HD. "I have a corrupted external drive that I believe may have the footage, please let me know a resource other than the geek squad at Best Buy to take a look at it."
Does anyone have any recommendations?
TIA,
Michael

First of all, I would try to remove the drive from the enclosure, buy a new enclosure, and try that before spending money on data recovery first off.  This will alleviate all connection issues at least.

My IT manager used this resource on a mangled laptop.

It wasn’t cheap.
