Disturbance in Area by children between 10- 15 yrs on daily basis

We are senior veterans staying in 2 G cross first block HRBR layout Kalayannagar, since locked down young children's playing cricket and other game's in front of house No 202 and 204 creating nuisance by screaming, shouting at each others without regards to the neighborhood, breaking all the rules of safety norms of Covid,in this connection met their parents/grand parents not made any effect "there's no locked down, curfew nor day or night" they just comes out shouting their voice box has matured so much that they can't speak softly,any even the children of members of Residence association are involved,the matter was personally informed Mr Rajan few days ago, this my request to all to stop this nuisance in area, my conscience is not permitting to go over police,"I am not against children playing, play with out disturbance to neighborhood and traffic.

Today happen to meet Mr changappa and Mr srivanan apprised of what disturbance the children are creating nuisance in the 2G street,one grown up they play cricket from 4pm to 6.15pm and disburse and other smaller children they starts playing from 12pm till as late as 10pm inspite of personal interaction no effect it's sad the parents have no concern for their siblings now the time 2.50pm they are playing you can see for yourself most them not from this street.last option is to inform police which is not allowing me to do let me wait and do take action.
