Therm not running, no error message or feedback

After it crashed, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Therm multiple times.
Version 7.7.10
I've already tried installing and running as administrator.
Also installed the Redistributable Libraries.
I don't get an error message or any feedback that I can share.
Anybody can help?

I just put a new version of THERM 7.7 (7.7.12) on our public website, and you might try that version -- make sure to install it as Administrator as well as running it as Administrator. 

No idea if it will fix your issue, but it does fix a lot of other bugs. 

After installing that version, if you can provide more detailed information, ie, screenshots, etc, about the behavior, that would help with troubleshooting.

Hmm that's odd. It downloads OK for me.

Thanks for the links. I installed an run as administrator. Still can't get it to open. I don't have error messages or screenshots to share. It just doesn't do anything.
I just finished installing Therm 7.7.10 in a virtual machine and it works just fine.
What can I do? Is there at least some sort of log file I could share with you?
Please let me know.
