Next dinner and discussion

Hi all,

We're making a little change this month: we'll meet on the fourth Thursday, May 28th, so we can eat at one of my favorite restaurants, Namastey Patio, which claims to have the "best Indian food in Oakland." And which, like a couple of my other past choices, is closed on Wednesdays.

I have a paid reservation for eight. Please RSVP by midnight Monday, May 25th.

Hi Amei,

First, I cannot guarantee you a seat at this point as I will have to change the reservation. But I think the odds are very good.

Generally, we gather at each restaurant between 18:00 and 18:30 and order shortly after that. Specifically, the food usually arrives quickly at this month's restaurant. I think you could finish by roughly 19:30 and still make your group.
