I salute Bill Gates for supporting such tutorials.  Still, the teeming slums of Pakistan, Bangladesh,and northern Africa are already there.  India, too, though presumably with more competent (if overmatched) management.  The violence piece in the great sort-out was not Chicken Little stuff.
