Fraudulent Charge on my Card for $3,180

I just got off the phone with the credit card agent.  I reported this charge of $3,180 for an UH game today at 6:00 pm.

So they've removed the charge and canceled the card and are going to reissue me a new card/new number.

So, if they're electronic tickets, whoever did this is in for a disappointment, which makes me happy.

Then I thought $3K is an awful lot for a college game so I checked prices

Assuming that the tickets were cheaper purchased before game date.

If they were the Club seats that's probably 10 tickets.  It might have been more tickets for a lesser price and this person could have been scalping them in which case there's going to be some unhappy customers today.

I'm glad I caught it in time to mess up game day for these crooks.
