1986 Nonsuch 30 owner's manual

Pending a survey this Saturday my wife and I will be buying a Nonsuch 30. I've been trying to find an owner's manual online so I can read up. Is there one available? I googled it and the site I found was gibberish.

I found the Westerbeke site and I know what I need for engine service but I'm curious about what the rest of the boat might need.
