The General Assembly is now considering an important bill, SB 89, to update our voting methods to include ranked choice voting.

We missed the hearing in EHE, but the favorable report is a very positive development. Looks like it got “re-referred” to B&T, and we can monitor to see whether it gets a hearing there.
