...for the Git Utilities Thor Tool. It's such a timesaver.

You're welcome! I couldn't guess how many hours it's saved me since I wrote it.
Thanks to Fernando D. Bozzo and his FoxBin2Prg, which is really what made the Git utilities possible; to Jim Nelson and Matt Slay for Thor, providing the delivery mechanism; and to others who gave me feedback that helped improve the tool.

It most definitely lives, and likely will until the last FoxPro developer turns off the light. So thank you too - I'm very glad to "see" you online.

Alive and well here, still very active in my old little corner of FoxPro, keeping KONG happy.

I believe there may have been a rumor that I had retired, but there was no truth to that.

A little known fact...

The Thor logo in the GutHub repo is from a photo I took in a theater lobby while on vacation in Florida. That Summer the Thor movie had just been released. It had to be around 2012 give it take a year.

Thor was just becoming a thing in FoxPro at that time so I snapped a photo of this 5-foot tall cardboard Thor prop in the lobby of the theater and I cropped out the background in Photoshop and it became the Thor (VFP) logo.

Another fact: It was originally going to be called Zeus, but right before it was released a nasty virus named Zeus was spreading so Jim pivoted to Norse mythology instead.

This is one fact I did not know about. Thor is a better name overall in my opinion.

Actually, I turned to Tore Bleken's namesake ...

Also Zorro (Spanish for fox) was considered, but it was rejected since there already was at least one FoxPro user group with that name.

Thank you all, too, because your unvaluable feedback was fundamental for FoxBin2Prg development.

People like you are what make a great experience to work on free software projects.

Best regards! :)

Fernando.-
