Diane is Principal Court Research Associate at the National Center for State Courts in Washington D.C. and
J.D. recently retired as Dean of the Institute for Court Management Fellows Program, National Center for State Courts

Presenter:  Dr. Clay Arnold, UCA Political Science Faculty Emeritus

Title:  “On Moral Economy”

Join us as we learn about the importance of considering community welfare, social justice and human dignity in economic decision making and challenging the idea that economic decisions are separate from ethical ones.

All are welcome to attend!       Room 222 in the Education Wing of the Sanctuary building.

 

COMING ATTRACTION!  Forum Book Club (during the regular Sunday School hour)

Beginning March 1, we will embark on a study of Michael Sandel's book Justice:  What's the Right Thing to Do?  Presenters are members of our class.

The week-by-week course outline is attached to this email in Word Format

Sandel’s book is available on Amazon.com and through other online book sellers as well as in audiobook format should you wish to purchase it.  (Purchasing is certainly not required!)
