need a macro to send emails

[My Excel]

Hi Expert's,

need a macro to send emails using excel ( send only)

i am using outlook 2007 in my sys

i send/received mail this sys

next to this sys. there is a another sys of my colleague he also want send emails

problem is email id is only 1, his work is only sending emails to 8 email ids (single/multi)

outlook installed in my sys. only he don't need download/receive emails

pls help

which operating system you are using?

which mail services you will be using like gmail etc

not sure, you can try as below:

in outlook configuration do not give credential for POP server, so you wont be able to receive any email on that machine..

you need to provide only smtp server details to send email from that machine.
