How do you change stages?

So I downloaded the Arduino file, but how do I change stages?

I believe it's in one of the assembly videos, but to change the stages you can cycle through with the button on the Arduino board itself.  The LED on the board will flash the number of times that correlates with the stage that the board is currently set to.
